Individuals Employed & Businesses Located Along the Gulf Coast May Be Eligible for Compensation from BP through this New Settlement.

A settlement approved by the District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana provides for compensation to individuals and businesses affected by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. If you have your federal or state Tax Returns (or Forms W-2 and/or 1099) for the Compensation Period (2010) and for your Base Year(s), you will most likely qualify as a Category I Individual.  Your Base Years can be 2009, 2009 and 2008, or 2009, 2008 and 2007.
