Our goal is to help Gulf Coast business owners and their employees understand and navigate the new settlement with BP regarding the 2010 Oil Spill.

Businesses by the Beach is a collaboration between several law firms. Our goal is to help educate Gulf Coast businesses and individuals on their rights as they pertain to the settlement involving the decrease in revenues that thousands of businesses, small and large, experienced in 2010 due to the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.

Our group is unique in that we have assembled firms all along the Gulf Coast to serve as local ground support for this ongoing effort. These firms have deep roots in our coastal communities and are always available to help via email, telephone or in-person visits at their local offices.
